Small group STRENGTH training (PT on Demand) is the foundation of our program

 

PT ON DEMAND:

  • The primary focus is Strength, Energy and Pain-Free Movement

  • Classes consist of 3 or 5 people maximum

  • Each member has their own unique program

  • Classes are 60min and run every 30min

  • Embrace the dynamic energy and motivation that comes from training with peers

 

We believe maintaining Cardiovascular Fitness is vital to your quality of life

 

OUR TRAINING:

  • We recommend rounding out your strength training week with 1-2 days of conditioning

  • We provide a personalized conditioning program scaled to meet your cardiovascular needs

  • Train at your own convenience
